Very short update

I've been having some medical issues and haven't been able to run. I have an interesting idea about training that I'm investigating and, if it pans out, there'll be a long post with lots of biochemistry to come.

I was a geology major. Biochemistry bores and confuses me. Had a friend who wore tee shirts with the Krebs Cycle and the E-M glycolysis pathway on them. I hope that you keep the discussion down to a level that I can at least somewhat follow. Know your audience!
